This service is to replace the front glass only. Customers should use this service if they are sure that no damage has been caused to the lcd screen or digitizer. We aim to have your phone back to you within 2-3 days of receiving it and in some case even quicker.
Customers are responsible for getting the phone to us and we recommend that you do this using a 'signed for' service like Royal Mail and make sure your phone is packaged securely to avoid any damage during transit. You should also make sure that you have removed your battery,sim card and sd card if you have one before posting.
