In the unlikely event that your goods fail to arrive within 14 days of dispatch, you will have the option of either a full refund or a replacement shipment. Please ensure that you contact us in writing within 14 days if you have not received your order. Please note that if we are not contacted in writing within 14 days, it will be assumed that you have received your order as requested.

Returns can be sent to: B1 Enterprises Ltd, 28 George Street, Wolverhampton, WV2 2LW.
Where an incorrect address has been given to us with the order we reserve the right to charge for any extra postage costs incurred.

Please note that we will not be responsible for orders incorrectly placed.


We always aim to ship goods via royal mail within 2-3 days of receiving payment unless express delivery has been requested where goods will be despatched next day if ordered before 2pm.

Please note that B1 Enterprises Ltd cannot be held responsible for delayed goods which are within the postal system.
